I was impressed with my purchase at the Sympathy Store. The funeral for which I purchased the flowers had to be delayed due to a snow storm. The Sympathy Store informed me and kept me updated on when the flowers were actually delivered which I appreciated. I would definitely use this service again.

The prices are comparable to local shops, but the convenience of ordering and knowing that the arrangement would be delivered locally before the viewing was a deciding factor. I made a bad mistake when I was ordering funeral flowers online, so I called the store thinking it was probably after hours, but someone answered and helped me solve the problem quickly and efficiently. Reports were that the flower arrangement was beautiful and arrived on time. The only issue I had was that when ordering online there was not enough space on the gift card to put the names of the nephews and nieces who contributed. But having said that, I realized that not all the names printed because they sent me the delivery receipt, so I was able to phone someone who corrected it before the service.

Overall the display was nice. The dimensions seemed accurate and delivery was timely. The flowers were a lot sparser than in the photo and there was no option for standard vs premium to justify it. However, it was still pretty.

Although I am shocked at the price of live flowers...it is just the times we love in. I could not attend my cousins funeral, but his sister sent me a picture and it looked elegant. I would like it if the on line order would make more room for characters in the place to type a message AND more space to type in who the arrangement is from. I was hoping that whoever put the note on the bouquet could see that I had to run words together to get all my words and names in a small space. I think you could get IT to fix that. There seems to be lots of space here to write a review. I paid a lot for this service, I should be able to get all my message in. Thank you for your consideration.

My wife and I are very pleased with your service. The floral arrangement needed to arrive quickly and it did. We also appreciated that it was supplied by a local florist. As far as the arrangement, it exceeded our expectations. We thought roses would have made the arrangement even nicer.Surprisingly, there were roses included even though we regretted not requesting them as we placed the order!

Unfortunately not satisfied. I thought for the money it was very mousy not very full , quite small. Not at all the measurement in the description. It was 16” by 24inches. The description states 24 by Appro 34inches. My family was not happy . We probably will not order this was again. The flowers were nice though , colors reds and whites were nice.

Flowers were beautiful and exactly what the picture looked like. It was delivered at time promised. I talked to representative day after I placed
the order, because I forgot to put a ribbon on it with Dear Aunt and
also did not have enough space to put all the nieces and nephews
names on it space provided. When I talked to representative, she was going to have the ribbon added and I gave her all additional names to put on card. When we were at funeral home, no ribbon was added and we had to write all additional names on the card. But flowers were beautiful.
