Emily Bridgette Roach

Services for Emily Bridgette Roach, age 20 of Lindale, are scheduled for 2:00 PM Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at the Lindale First Baptist Church with Pastor Ryan Taber officiating. Private family burial will follow in the Harris Chapel Cemetery with services under the direction of Caudle-Rutledge-Daugherty Funeral Home in Lindale. Emily passed away Tuesday, August 7, 2018 in Westcliffe, Colorado. She was born in Tyler, Texas on September 25, 1997 to James Wesley and Susan Leighann (Gregory) Roach. Emily was a lifelong resident of Lindale before moving to Colorado 2 years ago to go to Base Camp at Sky Ranch where she learned vocational skills and in depth Bible study. Emily stayed on at Sky Ranch after Base Camp to work full time. She loved backpacking and hiking in the mountains of Colorado and loved Sky Ranch. Emily was a member of the Lindale First Baptist Church. She graduated from Lindale High School. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Larry Gregory. Emily is survived by her parents, Wes and Susan Roach of Lindale; 3 brothers, Ben, Greg, and Brad Roach all of Lindale; grandparents, John and Donna Roach of Lindale; Joyce Gregory of Lindale; Mike and Nancy Porche of Tyler; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Serving as pallbearers will be Ben Roach, Greg Roach, Brad Roach, Jake Roach, Sam Roach, and Jesse Laird. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, August 13, 2018 at the Caudle-Rutledge-Daugherty Funeral Home in Lindale. Memorials may be made to the Go Fund Me Scholarship fund that is set up in Emily’s name, or to Sky Ranch directly in her name.
