Bro. Gary Alan Dinger Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

A funeral service for Bro. Gary Alan Dinger, age 74 of Lindale, Texas, is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 10, 2022, at the Caudle-Rutledge-Daugherty Funeral Home Chapel in Lindale with Bro. James Allums and Bro. James R. Cowart officiating. Interment will follow at Lindale City Cemetery in Lindale. Gary passed away Thursday, February 03, 2022, in Tyler. He was born on February 10, 1947, in Bismarck, Missouri to the late Franz Alto and Opal Maurine (Barton) Dinger. Bro. Gary served in the United States Marine Corps, during the Vietnam War. He was a longtime resident of Lindale, where he was a Truck Driver, and Pastored East Foothills Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by granddaughter, Eve McIntyre; and 2 infant brothers, Ronald and Donald Dinger. Gary is survived by a loving wife of 40 years, Sharon Dinger of Lindale; son, Cameron and Susanne Dinger of Choctaw, Oklahoma; daughters, Kayla and Heath Richey of Lindale, and Kasi Jo and Ben Christopher of Lindale; brothers, Larry Dinger of Waco, Texas, Mike and Virginia Dinger of Whitehouse, Texas, Dan and Lesley Dinger of Leadwood, Missouri, and Rick Dinger of Longview, Texas; 10 Grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family members and friends. Serving as pallbearers will be Kevin Dinger, Corey Harmon, Josh Richardson, Samuel Boswell, Scott Boswell, Steve Christopher, Ben Christopher, Brad Christopher. Family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 09, 2022, at Caudle-Rutledge-Daugherty Funeral Home in Lindale.
