A graveside service for Patty Sue “Pat” Walker, age 86 of Quitman, Texas, is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Monday, February 28, 2022, at the Lindale City Cemetery in Lindale, Texas. Patty passed away Thursday, February 24, 2022, at her home in Quitman. She was born September 19, 1935, in Claude, Texas to the late Earl Sloan and Loma Gladys (Wheat) Taylor. Patty had recently moved to Quitman and was previously of Gilmer, Kilgore, Sulphur Springs, and Lindale, Texas. She was a loving homemaker and enjoyed cooking, gardening, dancing, and her precious grandchildren. Patty was preceded in death by her husband, Russell “Pee Wee” Walker, son, David Earl Bishop; daughter, Lisa Walker Foxworthy; brothers, Jack Taylor, Glenn Taylor, Jim Taylor, and Mack Taylor; and sisters, Jo Ann Monday, and Sandra Tucker. She is survived by children, Lori Walker, Loma Walker, Charlie Walker, Sue Spasic, and Joey Bishop; sister, Linda Duncan; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other loving family members and friends.
