WM "Bubba" Solomon

November 20, 1950 - April 5, 2022

W.M. “Bubba” Solomon, age 71 of Whitehouse, Texas, passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2022, at his home in Whitehouse. He was born November 20, 1950, in Ellis, Texas to the late Bill Willie and Opal Pauline (Skipper) Solomon. Bubba has lived in Whitehouse for the last 7 years and was previously a longtime resident of Jacksonville, Texas where he was a member of the Southside Church of Christ. He worked throughout his life as a Truck Driver and has always had a passion for driving 18 wheelers. Bubba enjoyed the outdoors, yardwork, spending time with his family, and in his younger years was involved with amateur rodeo. He was preceded in death by his sister, Paulette Henry. Bubba is survived by his son, Kevin Solomon of Lindale; significant other, Sue Henson of Troup; niece, Robin Henry of Montalba; grandchildren, Jayson Solomon, Alexis Lummus, Alyssa Solomon, and Addison Solomon; 4 great grandchildren and numerous other loving family members and friends. A memorial service will be held at a future date.
