Services for Mrs. Yunfei “Fei” Sun-Shelton, age 37 of Hideaway, Texas, are scheduled for 2:00 PM Friday, March 5, 2021 at the Caudle-Rutledge-Daugherty Funeral Home in Lindale, Texas with Bro. Randy Skiles officiating. Fei passed away Thursday, February 18, 2021 in Hideaway, Texas. She was born in Beijing, China on July 19, 1983 to Yuehong Sun and Wei Feng. Fei came to the United States of America in August of 1998 at 15 years old. She graduated with honors from UCLA and graduated with honors with her Juris Doctorate degree from USC Law School. She served as Assistant District Attorney at the Dallas City Attorney’s office, as Assistant District Attorney in Kaufman County, and most recently as Assistant District Attorney in Smith County. She worked as Chief Legal Officer in International Business working in Beijing, South Korea, and United States. Fei came to know and have a personal relationship with Christ in 2009 and was baptized in 2010. She met her husband Silas in Beijing, China in 2010. Fei loved reading, traveling, talking to God, dogs, U.S. Law, serving others, helping people, philosophy, humor, and room service. She had such a genuine heart and love for all who touched her life. She is survived by her husband, Silas Shelton of Hideaway, Texas; parents, Yuehong Sun and Wei Feng of Beijing, China; and her beloved dog, Jack. The family will also receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, March 4, 2021 at the Caudle-Rutledge-Daugherty Funeral Home in Lindale, Texas. “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
